******** Matlock Flooring

We had put in an order in for flooring on the 20 July 2021 and was ask to pay a deposit which was paid on the 20 july 2021 order was suppose to take 10 days to manufacture and deliver 5 weeks later !!! On the 25th august 2021 we were contacted by the owner Mr Gunther himself to say that the order is ready but before they can delivery the balance needed to be paid .. payment was done on the 26 august 2021 for the balance We have received only half our order!!! calls ignored msgs not replyed to 3 months later and order still hasn't been fulfilled All monies have been paid !!!
