Matlax poultry ****

In March 2023 we bought 60 Loham Brown ready to lay chickens from Matlax poultry @R120 per chicken. We paid him the full amount of R7200 and he promised to deliver my chickens end of the month. Well that never happend. On the 2nd of April he came to my house to say that he is on his way to get me healty chickens the chicken I have ordered were not healty he could have told us in advance but never communicate with us and ignored us. Even the chickens that he said he is going to get in Mpumalanga never arrived. He kept on ignored us. We went several times to his office in Bendor Polokwane and everytime he have new excuses. We went to the small claims dept and that letter did not even bother him. After 100's of whatsapps and phone call he only paid us R500 back and since then he ignored us and promise to pay next day ect ect but he never do. Now he ignore our calls. We lost more then the chickens monies we had to recell everything to start the business everything was brand new and you do not get the money back that you paid for. We had everything done from the printing and branding of the business we lost alot of money due to Matlax Poulrty. We have all the whatsapp messanges ect. He block me on his FB ect.
