Extremely disappointing experience!
Matla Life is a perfect example of a company that knows how to treat you well until they have your business. Before signing up, the agents are friendly, attentive and readily available. Once you become a client, that enthusiasm mysteriously disappears. Trying to get assistance is an experience on its own. Their contact number doesn't even go through reliably, which leaves one wondering: if something serious happens and a client actually needs assistance, who exactly are we supposed to contact? The after sales service is practically non-existent. You are left feeling like you have signed up, paid your money, and are now expected to figure everything out by yourself. The contrast between the service before signing up and the service afterwards is honestly shocking. Being friendly while trying to secure a client is not customer service. Customer service is being there AFTER you have secured the client. I expected professionalism, accessibility and proper support. Instead, I have experienced poor communication and a serious lack of follow up. Matla Life really needs to remember that clients are not just numbers or commissions they are people who expect support when they need it. Very disappointing, and definitely not the level of service one expects from a financial services company.
