Matjiesfontein hotel

If I could give my honest opinion about this town it would be a big no The town is very nice and very vintage But for customer and tourist service it's DISRESPECTFUL AT THE LEAST!!! We as a family went to the town for vacation we wanted to do the bus your and guided tour (which we were informed that we can just go and there is no booking necessary) which was wrongly informed and false. The person that told us that 5 TIMES OVER THE PHONE!! is now non existent. We visited the museums after that... WHAT THE HELL !!! This was were we drew the line We were entering the museum and there was no one at the door so we assumed that we can walk in and that's the we were literally just at the one and moved up to the others and we did not see the pay point of the museum... THE SECURITY of the town came to us and told us to pay (which we than did ) after that he announced that we are there to cause trouble in town and are ********s... It was not even 5 min and everywhere there was people looking at us to make sure "we dont cause trouble" keep in mind we had payed like we did and still we were being treated as ********s and bad people which we aren't For a tourist attraction this is the town that we actually was so handled with the most DISRESPECT AND HATEFULNESS
