Worst Municipality

I have been trying to follow up with Matjhabeng Municipality for the blocked drained at my home. It is almost a month now and i have been told that the pump is damaged that is why there's a blockage in Thabong. I've been liaising with Palesa Malakoane who advised that she is trying to get hold of the Contractor by the name of Vusi but nothing is happening.

Why are we paying the services that are not provided to the community and when we call for help telephones are not working because Matjhabeng did not pay the service provider. What kind of Municipality is this one? It should be closed down because Welkom does not have Municipality. Kindly assist in resolving this problem because no one can leave under such conditions where all the waste from the drain is all over the yard and in the house it's even worse because if you flush the waste is going up the toilet.
