Sewage spill

I'm a resident in rheederpark area in welkom, we struggling with a sewage leak in the area and have been reporting it since last year December and til now no attempts have been made by the municipality to fix the issue, it has now since then escalated to two pipes being burst and our street covered in sewage which serves as a main road for kids to walk on to get to school, Sewage leak from uys, smit and sluysken with 3 pipe bursts on the corners, Lindsay Street covered in sewage in rheederpark area
