No toilets for many years.

This is so sad that in this democratic days we leave in, we still find that there are people who still don't have toilets in their home or outside. \Reason being the pipes allocated in this area can't be joined\" Its over 10 years waiting in one street only 4 houses don't have toilets. Need to know why do we choose the people to lead us and there is no delivery till now...this is sad grew up here its my home and we get worse than this were others till now still waiting for their homes.... "
