inexplicable Tarrifs and no help when requested

I moved to a new house in December 2014, before that i had been living in a 1bedroom flat in Bedelia, Welkom. I was in fact behind on my electricity bill, but by December, I had the money to go pay off my account at the old flat <br> which was R4400 according to the last bill I received in September. I had always paid between R300-R400 a month as a tariff, then, suddenly, my tariff went to over a R750 and even to over R1000 in a couple of months, strangely enough, one of these over R1000 months was September 2014, while i was on holiday for 2weeks. I am probably a bit strange in my ways, but i switch off everything in my house (mains Switch) included, as i leave no meats or foods in my fridge/freezer, yet the account was 3 times the normal amount!
