Garbage not picked up in 4 weeks

Well done, matjhabeng. I think you forgot our garbage from rheederpark again from uys all the way. Milner street is spotless, is it because we white that you refuse to pick up our garbage, or is it because you love to fill up your pockets from service not delivered.
