GARBAGE DISPUTE

I stay in Rheederpark and have come to notice that the garbage pick-up truck picks up from Milner street down and refuse to pick up the garbage from uys, smit street going further up, its extremely dirty for the kids staying in those streets and heartbreaking because they more prone to getting sick due to ******* staying in the respective streets for more than three weeks. Its a service each one of use has to pay for, yet the service isn't being delivered, clearly the respective municipal council and garbage service does not care for the public.
