I paid my deposit of almost R12 000 in August 2021 and October 2021.After numerous phone calls, pleading and even begging the owner gave me a refund letter promising my refund on 15 February 2022.As expected I have not received my refund. He ignores my phone calls and emails. I have asked him nicely in the past to return my monies as I need to complete the project which he was supposed to start and finish. He has a new excuse everyday! Unprofessional and a con artist.
