Telkom poor service

I've logged a call last month before the 15 with telkom for our ADSL line and telephone line to be moved from upstairs office to our new office downstairs, a technician came to assess the office and he told us to install pipes which we did install and since then no one came back to move our lines and its going for 2 months now we are operating without internet services and telephone services. And now I'm expected to pay up a two months bill which i was not using. My business suffered for this 2 month now I'm expected to pay up the bills with what money, because I've been out of this services for 2 months now, for me to generate income i need internet and telephone. A lady by the name of Jessica Nair promised to call me regarding this matter and since then i haven't heard from her.<br> <br> Regards<br> Frustrated customer<br>
