Won't Let me Cancel???

I purchased this, and i am far from happy. i too felt conned into purchasing this product. How does one cancel?? Taking all my money every month but not one statement, not one email or call asking if all is ok ect. Happy to take my money every month but no customer service?? i am tired of paying for a product that we don't even use as it is *******!! i cannot find a single email address to use to communicate with the company and don't even get me started on the call service!! what ******* hours they have and can never get through to anyone to speak to with my concerns!! Please help with feedback of how to cancel? Thank you
