VERY POOR MARKETING/SELLING FALSE PRODUCT/INFORMATION

We bought this learning programs from this company sales people at Wonderpark mall in 2018 Oct and were bought a full package on contract close to R7000. On purchase we were even offered a tablet if buying cash for software installation.

We opted for monthly payment and now this month we bought a tablet for installation and only to be told that we will not have access of all modules as indicated on the contract unless we intall on a laptop. This people are so *********** in sales. How do you sell me a product to a client without telling them of limitations and only to be told by installation technicians after you already spent a fortune on the product. This is pure ****************.

Be carefull out there when you are offered products by this Mathemagics. It either they hire *********** sales reps or they lie with confidence just to make money.

Look at conversation with one of them "Good evening sir/ma'am This are the modules we offer on android... If you will install the software on your computer you'll have all the modules that are on the contract
