No calls just email me where should I drop of the unit enough is enough.

I am tired of being blamed for this technical support thing 1st they said they will assist me Saturday 4 weeks back or so no one call then they call me during saying they want to assist me with technical support I was not home and made that clear and then yesterday they call while I AM AT WORK the same job that needs to help me to pay them for something I am unable to use. Please stop tell me where to drop this unit or courier it I am enough if the unit did not work why would it work now any way.
