misleading pitch

The person who came to my house give me the option to buy six disc. But after some time i found that a I can choose even one or two disc. I made numerous calls and i was told that i will have to pay for all of them even though i have even activated one single disc. This happened in December 2017. I was told to pay up or face legal actions, ..... should i pay for the services that i haven't used.
