MATHEMAGICS DELAYING MY REFUND WHEN EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED UN-USED

On Sunday the 31st of Ja 2021 @Clearwater mall I was out with my son(6) and daughter just got in the mall and was heading towards ToysRUs so there I got approached by a Guy called Tshepang(Kiosk Manager) fine he told me about the benefits of the programme that they were currently promoting which my son like and he did some demonstrations.I told Him that I'm currently self-employed so I'll come back and make a proper purchase as the software which includes (usb/a tablet/keypad) ALL AMOUNT TO R8000..so I kept saying I'll come back when I'm ready but he said I should pay R500 now and then by the 20th of Feb 2021 come back with R2500 for me to receive the tablet and keypad and monthly I will pay +R400a month as the whole package costs R8000. I mentioned again that I am self-employed and that I'll come back no biggie we came to an agreement because seeing how beneficial it will for my son especially during these COVID-19 tough times as children are missing alot of school work and being delayed.He did say he agreea he caught me off guard and It wasn't something I expected but because seeing how my son was extremely interested in it I then agreed to make a "deposit" that he reduced to R350 fine I thought "ok I'll need to work so I can have that R2500/R3000 by the agreed date(20Feb2021) and he said he'll give me a usb in the meantime to get my son started with some lessons I also said that I'd rather come back and make a proper purchase while I'm ready because I'm self-employed,so he probed again and mentioned the R350 then ok I agreed.I said rather deduct R400 as there's that amount in my account it's nit planned but it's worth it as my son will benefit alot. Fine he gave me a form to fill in my details ok which I did,then he asked for my card for my "deposit " to get the usb fine that was done...-R400 Mathemagics withdrawan fine no problem. I had already knew that I'll be working towards the agreed amount R2500/3000 so to come back for the keypad and tablet which My focus was my son to get started.He also insisted that when I get home just insert tge the software in my laptop when I get home but unfortunately we got home late and was like ok I'll do it Monday Morning. Unfortunately for me around 09:16 I called him immediately to inform him that there's a funeral at home my Mamkhulu just passed on so I asked if I can return the usb as it wasn't used and still in it's perfect condition the way he gave it to me on Sunday he said I should send him the picture of slip and the usb so he ca contact the head office so they can really make sure it wasn't used and he said he'll get back to me,I then senr him a text saying I need to go so i should bring the usb back and be at Clearwater around 12:30/13:00 as I need to go my uncle was not ok he then said that the refund wouldn't be made the same day and I asked when he said in 3days..fine I've been checking my account if there were any pending amonuts but nothing. I kept checking my account and gave him that grace that probably because they used a Nedbank Speedpoint it would take that "3days" Today (04/02/2021@08:10) I asked him when exactly will my money be paid back as I returned their usb and Slip in the condition it was in and he sent a message saying my money will reflect today as I requested it to reflect today.As usual I kept checking my account to see if there was something but nothing At 12:47 I asked him what time is my money reflecting all he said was that"didnt they just call you today" I told him no1 called me as I've been on my phone ans there's no missed calls from anyone from Mathemagics and currently it's 15:18pm but no refund has been done. So now I'm thinking if my money is not refunded by the agreed date then why should I stress myself and go work so my son can have something that will benfit him especially during these COVID-19 tough times were children don't know what will happen to them regarding their education ..it's just unfortunate that my aunt had to pass which resulted in me not being able to work but death is not something you plan it happens anytime to whomever.I really wanted to actually prepare to come back home around Nextweek and push so I can get that R2500/R3000 just for my son but when such happens and my money is not refunded especially when it was a case I had no control over then rather I not stress myself for that amount but rather get him other tools that will help develop his education because I can't with such my money is being kept but their Equipment is returned kahleni bo... So Want my money so I can really cut losses with Mathemagics I'm good thanks I'll get my son a tutor and extra lessons if needs be won't be comfortable doing business with a company that is quick to take money from customers but slow in refunding the money especially when everything is back and was not used .

Can my money be refunded I can't be fighting for my money I'd understand if I used the usb or kept the usd..kahleni bo.
