False misrepresentation of product
I went to the MatheMagucs stall in Vall Maal on the 17th of January 2021 where I wanted to know more about the product. I was assisted by Tumelo Papo who gave the outmost misleading and false information regarding the product. When I got home the program was nothing like what was offered and even ahen I asked about it,he continued to lie and said I should come to the stall on the following day for him to install outstanding modules. The following day he sent a message stating that he would be going to a different stall and that I should deal with another representative.

28 Jan 2021, 12:09I have since received communication from Gina, the manager,who further assisted me regarding the product and other service offerings regarding Mathemagics. Earler on I had spoken to a lady at head office who explained the product in detail and was very transparent about what I will be receiving with my purchase. Thank you very much for your assistance in this regard.
Mathemagics is a great educational program which my daughter will thoroughly enjoy.
