False Adverti*****t and difficulty with Cancellation

The product was sold to us by an employee from a popup at Southgate Mall. We took a while to activate the product as we were still struggling to find a laptop. When I did eventually install the software, I was underwhelmed. The product didn't help much with my schoolwork especially with me being in matric. The specific topics I wanted help with are not displayed. We tried to contact the employee who sold the product to us and found out that they no longer worked with the company. Since the product has not been useful, we tried to cancel it. My mom sent an email a while back to enquire about the cancellation of the product and got no response yet they still took their debit order. I haven't been using the software and I am able to remove it from my device but we need the contract to be terminated which we haven't gotten assistance with. It has also proven to be a financial burden to us especially because we are still paying for something I do not use.
