I would like to compliment one of your employees, Carlyn Bell for the excellent service she provided me. She helped setting up my Mathemagics software as some of the grades selected were not showing. She went an extra mile by working on my laptop via teamviewer. Her professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
