Dissatisfied and Annoyed consumer

In May last year I was assisted by a guy called Teboho at Cosmo Mall. The sales pitch was that it can be trialled and that I should just sign a document "I clearly asked if this was not a contract" Then he said No, I can take it home with me. He asked for banking details for office purpose.

I thought that I would get a call for a review only to be told I owe and I cannot cancel. That was less than a month I took the stick. The agent's dishonesty and lack of transparency is questioned here. To top it off my daughter is at Varsity second year and doesn't need this gadget, he sold me dreams. I am very upset and unhappy about this and refuse to pay for something that I do not use.
