Cancelling Contract
Took a contract with them and cancelled telephonically with their sale consultant on the phone within three days. Still sent emails and whatsapps plus telephone calls requesting to cancel, however they refuse to cancel. The app does not work on the tablet and now being forced to pay for a product that I am not using.
