Absolutely horrible service

After countless failed attempts to phone to cancel this badly created product that my child uaed twice and made her cry. You are told you cannot cancel. I have sent emails and spoken and entered into a nice acreaming match with the lovely Phumla. I have stopped the debit as i will not pay for the substandard program. Now they want to take legal action. For what???? For lying to parents who thinks this will help their children? The sound is horrific. The graphics even worse. Not user friendly at all. I mean come on. People dont mind paying for something that actually works. But this my dear people is a complete waste of money.
