UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE STAFF MEMEMBER ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER 'THABO'

One of their drivers hit my car and the back while it was packed, tried speaking with the manager who is very self-centered, RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When we call him, he hangs up the calls and they dont even respond to their emails, now am sitting with a dept of over R5 000, which was supposed to be paid by them because they are at Fauly but the MANAGER BY THE THABO refuses to fix the mess and he just dont care. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIER SERIVICES AND EVERYONE MUST KNOW THAT THEY ARE *****S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO COMPANY SHOULD HAVE STUFF LIKE THABO, HE DOESNT DESERVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE, HIS SUCH A VERBALLY ABUSED MANAGER, I WONDER HOW HIS STUFF IS COPING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR, THIS MATTER WILL BE KNOWN ON ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
