HORRIBLE ACCIDENT WITH THE BUS COMPANY

On the 27 April 2023 I was involved in a horrible accident with Mathafeng Bus, at the intersection of Eufees road, Their Bus knocked off my car at the Robots where I was given a write of way by the Traffic Officer as the Robots were not working, as I was driving off from the robots to West, the Bus knocked me off on the left side and my car spen so many times until it stopped from the impact of the Bus, my wife was taken away by the Ambulance on the Scene to the nearest hospital, my is finished,

The driver of the Bus was so apologetic towards me and explained that he tried to stop the Bus but the breaks failed, we then exchanged details, and he gave me details of the superior, who came to the scene and I took his numbers, he then asked me to send him the accident report once I am done, and I did as requested. I tried to follow up with him the next day to find out the way forward with the damages on my car, he then told me that I must not put pressure on him as he needs to speak to his seniors, I did so as requested, that was the end of him, I tried calling and sending messages but till today no communication from him or the company.

The distress and trauma in my family now is extreme at this stage which now leads me to take this matter the legal route as I do not get communication from the Superior nor the Bus Company, I was expecting by now that 3rd party insurance would have contacted me to tow the car.
