Delivered Incorrect Sizes and Refused to Refund

I ordered 6 items with 3 of them having been delivered with the completely incorrect size. I ordered two sports bras in an XL and a tummy tucker panty in a XXL, with the XL bras having to measure between 100-115cm across the bust according to Maternity Mommy's size chart and an XXL tummy tucker panty having to measure between 90-111cm across the waist. I instead received bras that measured 66cm across the bust (an S according to the size chart) and a tummy tucker panty that measure 28cm across the waist (the size chart doesn't even have a designated size for such a small panty). When I informed Maternity Mommy of this they blamed it on the fact that their size chart didn't specifically include the bra brand that I selected (which they said is actually a smaller size brand) and that the tummy tucker is a tighter fit. Thereafter they tried to blame it on the fact that I didn't contact a customer care consultant to discuss sizes before ordering and then said that undergarments are ineligible for refunds, but stated that in the name of customer service they would refund the amount once they'd collected the items from me and inspected them. To this day they have not collected the items or refunded me. They are now also ignoring my emails. I would not recommend this store or its customer service.
