Poor to non existent refund policy

I was really enjoying dealing with a digital start up and was hoping to give you more business through my pregnancy. <br> Even through the clothes did not fit. <br> <br> You can imagine my disappointment when you short paid me my refund on the cargo pants. <br> I bought them at R499, I was patient and waited for jeans, I was then happy to wait longer for my refund. I see you have marked your pants down on the site to R450 but when I bought them they were R499. <br> You have refunded me on the marked down price and not the price I paid.<br> <br> Even during our verbal and email interactions I mentioned multiple times the amount to be paid back not once did you mention the lower amount would be paid. <br> <br> <br> I really find this offensive and very low. I really had hoped I had found a reputable company. I most certainly will not be promoting your store in my circles any further. <br> <br> Sad and disappointed, <br>
