<p>Good day,<br />On 28/06/2016 I called Mateo electrics, listed on the Samsung site http://www.samsung.com/za/support/servicelocation/ as a repair agent. On 29/06/2016, Errol came and worked on the fridge. He then stated that he needed to replace an element & needed cash to buy the spare part. He would buy and return to replace.
