Matric Jackets order ... Paid and no delivery

We as a school order matric jackets from this company in Feb. We paid the deposit of R4100.00. They did not deliver on the 21/08/2015 as promised. We try to phone the lady she do not respond on calls, or emails.<br> The students want their jackets... How can she do this to kids??? Please help us.
