Poor quality of work, bad attitude and unreliable

I have recently dealt with the above company and I am very very unhappy/dissatisfied with their work. They are very unprofessional, poor quality of work, bad attitude and the way they operate. I was renovating my kitchen and they promised to come back next week to fix whatever I am complaining about, I am waiting. I will not dwell on bits and pieces, but be warned! I have heard complaints from two of their customers and I thought I would give them a chance, and my experience was very bad! They don't give detailed information regarding their quote, so be cautious to ask details of what is not included. The owner doesn't have customer etiquette, he was rude to me, and besides that, the quality of work is bad. I will definitely give a feed back once they come and fix everything. He deletes bad comments on Facebook and eventually blocks you, which is not good. My experience with them was like I took someone from the gate outside a warehouse shop to do the job, whereas they advertise themselves as being a professional company.
