WORST SERVICE AND NOT DOING WHAT YOU PAID FOR
I SPOKE TO CLIFTON MOSES IN 2020 TO WHICH HE CALLED ME TO CLEAR OFF THE "FLAG" FOR DEBT REVIEW, I INFORMED CLIFTON THAT MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND IS JOINTLY UNDER THE FLAG AND THE COST TO REMOVE THE "FLAG" WILL BE R4500.00 THIS WAS PAID IN FULL AND ONLY MY FLAG WAS REMOVED????? PJL KILIAN ALSO NEEDS THE FLAG REMOVED !!!!!! I WANT MY HUSBANDS NAME OR FLAG REMOVED IMMEDIATELY !!!!! THIS IS ALSO THE WORST SERVICE EVER FROM A COMPANY JUST TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT DOING WHAT I AS A CONSUMER PAID FOR. !!!!!! I WANT MY HUSBAND'S FLAG REMOVED

27 Jul 2021, 15:17In the 14 July 2021 Mandisa mailed me and required my husband's id to which to date I have not had any response after supplying the id number i also sent a follow up email n week later and to date no response??? This is pathetic that a business like Matea credit clinic has no one professional enough to attend to your query or to resolve it !!! Neither have they and mandisa the audacity to respond to emails!!!!! How much longer just I wait but they are quick to take your money without clearing your name !!!!!
