M Credit clinic to own up to their mistake

I was removed from debt review by Matea M Credit Clinic ,I received my Clearance certificate in december 2022 .I fought with credit bureaus to get the debt review flag off my profile and won . When I was starting to enjoy the freedom of being off debt review ,this debt councilor put me back under debt review again without my consent ,they sent Form 17.1 which states that I have app**** for a debt review to my creditors ,I only find out when my woolworths credit card got retained by the ATM,only to be informed that my woolworths account together with my Truworths account have been handed over to Consumer Friend as I am under debt review,I needed these accounts to increase my credit score so that I can qualify for a homeloan and get my children the home they deserve but now M credit has destroyed my plan and they are not even apologetic,they ignore my emails .Lindokuhle who works there denied this ,He told me that it's not them who gave Consumer Friend this information but then Consumer Friend informed me of the email from them containing this Form 17.1 .I need this company to Solve this as a matter of urgency.
