Poor municipal service

Hi, I am the house owner of no 10 Molly street, Naudeville, Welkom. For the past 6 months I have had a problem with sewerage water running into my yard from a property behind my house in Dennis street. The sewerage water actually runs into my neighbors yard and then into mine. Appart from the terrible stench and the plague of flies that this causes, the sewerage water also runs into my swimming pool and the pool pump. My neighbor and myself have complained about this to the municipality but it is resolved for a day or two and then the problem persists. I an up to date with all my levies and rates and taxes but I get no joy from the municipality. Kind regards Marius du Toit
