Leaking Geyser

Can I put on record how bad your service is towards a rental person I wonder if you would be happy with water flowing down the walls I spent my own money to determine the problem - yet you have just ignored my messages- not even a reply although I have a problem I sent you a mail with a possible leaking Geyser at your rental property its now two days later and i have not heard from you..........................
