Horrible service not reimbursed for the boosters lost and no customer service or response

So I downloaded this game and played it in the beginning it was fine game was lovely we bought some booster packs in the game and they had an upgrade done to the game with new features and characters and then we started having endless connectivity problems in which we lose our boosters they have reimbursed us once or twice but after that even support doesn't help anymore when we message them they give us a ticket number and that's it no feed back we lose our boosters we enjoyed the game which is why we play it but we don't get the service we need if they want us as customers they should be seeing what the problem is with the upgrade and fix it not make us suffer for their mistakes
