Disrespectful and ********* service

I took my car in for door replacement. The turn around time for their service was good. J.P was the person assisting me throughout. When I went to fetch my car, I discovered that the window was badly scratched. Without telling me, J.P used a second hand window and I was not quoted for a second hand window. Instead J.P accused one of the workers for causing the scratches on the window. He asked me to leave the car for one more day so that they can install a new window. He promised that his boss would deliver the car to me once it was done. That evening, his boss, Adrian called to say that a mistake happened with the window. Even when I pointed out that J.P accused one of the workers, and **** to me about the service. Adrian then also promised that he would be the one to bring the car to me and we had come to that agreement. This morning I followed up on the progress of my car and was met with a completely disrespectful phone call. J.P shouted at me over the phone and threatened me. He stated that they had been doing favours for me and that if I want the car I must fetch it myself. he then dropped the call in my ear and called back saying "Are you ready to listen to me?" this after stating " If you want me to yell at you, I will!" I then concluded my call with JP and called Adrian to inform him about this issue. Adrian (the boss) answered the call and explained that there was a mix up with the parts and that they will not be bringing the car to me. As I reminded him about our conversation the previous night, he claimed that no such arrangements were made for the car to be delivered and that I had an attitude. He stated that JP told him that I did not make payment and used that as grounds to not deliver my car as agreed. I informed him that I did make payment the previous day, when I was expected to collect my car. He claimed they have done so much for me already (services that I have paid for) and that I am being ungrateful (for work that I have paid for).

The services I received was distasteful and disrespectful. I was yelled at and threatened over the phone. The service was sub-par as the parts they iuised were second hand and they tried to cover it up. They took no accountability for their behaviour and held no regard for the promises made.

This establishment has been tarnished by their poor work ethic and their terrible customer care. Would never go back, would never recomment.
