Matan Satellite Technologies - False Advertising and Cheats

I was ********** by Matans Satellite Technologies and their associates (Ryan) for services rendered with regards to Open View installation. I was told that the only thing need to be done was the reposition of the dish and I will be connected to Open View as I currently have a DSTV dish and this service will be covered as part of the call out fee.

When on site the technician informed me that the repositioning of the dish wouldn't work and that cabling will have to be done from the dish at R18 per meter. When I informed the technician about my discussion with their associate (Ryan) he informed me that the only way for successful connection is through cabling. He also informed me that additional labour will be charged exceeding an hour over and above the call out fee.

The technician did nothing but look at the existing dstv cabling and connection and informed me that cabling needs to be done. I informed him I cannot proceed until I have spoken to my hubby, whereupon he told me that the call out fee is still applicable even though no work was actually done. He refused to leave my property unless he was paid.

What a disappointment with the lies and false advertising. A bunch of cheats , don't use them.
