Dstv Installer *******

Who ever answer the phones at this company matan satellite tech. has poor customer service or has no care for the company let alone the customer. This company dispatch a DSTV Installer to my parents house who stole things that should have been installed with their new DSTV explorer devices and made them pay for things he didn't install. I called to inform them about this and was told that the they will send the same guy to me to fix what he did. I told this man that I don't want him to touch anything I just want him to bring return the money (R2000) and what he had ****** or I will open a case against the Installer and the company. With no hesitation I was told to go right ahead because I don't want to take he's solution and because my dad and I where rude he doesn't care what I do he'll see me in court.
