Pathetic customer service

Called in about a sub-assembly they have for sale. Ray, the owner, answered. When I asked him if the block had been x-rayed (based on a quotation I'd received from another mechanic) he made a sarcastic comment about his wife having an xray machine. I laughed, thinking it was in jest, and told him I didn't know much about engines, and that's what I had been told, and his tone changed and he scoffed at me saying "Ya it's obvious you don't know". When I called him out on it, he called me a typical indian and told me to go shop elsewhere as he wouldn't sell to me. All in a highly arrogant tone. Afterwards when I sent him a screenshot of the quote for the xray scan of the block and told him I'd be approaching HelloPeter and several clubs, he responded with "F*ck You and your non existent support.. all i hear is hot wind... no monetary input so **** off...". Nuff sed.
