Old engine!!!!

I ordered a volkswagen T5 2.5tdi engine from Ray. When the engin came I was dissipionted to se all the silicon on the engine. I thought I would let is slide. Came to assemble the engine with the gearbox, the engine would not turn. We struggled two weeks to get hold of Ray. Ended up, valve timing was wrong. Sorted it out, opened tapit couver to insert injectors, the two top bolt laying loose inside and two tighend by hand, one rocker compleatly loose just laying around inside. Sorted that problem. Today everything is set to start........... nothing. Further more if the starter turns the engine black thik old oil pumps out the ports. We took the compession readings to find out why the engine would not start only to find te comprassion is 1500Kpa and it should be at least 2000Kpa! This means that the rings were never replaced!!! Now tell me, what am I to do?
