Mata-door sold us a cracked Crank

Ray the Operations Manager does not want to speak to us, because they sent us a crank that we can not USE...<br> They are now saying the TIme Freight Switched the Cranks, which i dont think is possible, because these cranks are not VERY easy to FIND... <br> PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ******.<br> They dont want to return our money or our Calls.<br>
