WORST experience and product at WORST branch!

I just bought brand new Ray Ban sunglasses at The Grove Mall branch today worth R2700. First off the staff weren't extremely eager to assist, a bit rude and gave me the impression that I'm an irritation to them. The service was extremely poor and slow. The merchandise is badly looked after, almost all the sunglasses are dirty and scratched and you are still expected to pay full price. If I didn't specifically ask for my sunglasses to be cleaned, I would've gotten dirty sunglasses. The store is very disorganized. They had no carrier bags and had to go get one from American Swiss. When I got home, I took out my sunglasses, only to discover that they were shoved in an incorrect, broken cardboard box with no glove or box to protect it. I spent a lot of money and this is the service and quality of product that I receive, which upsets me. I will never again visit or purchase anything from this store again. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I could've spent my money elsewhere and gotten far better service and product!
