I bought a cell phone at MAT&MAY ilanga mall Nelspruit on the 23/11/2018 when I got home It didn't work I returned it the next day but their sales lady refused to assist me hence I need a phone and am told I have to wait for some days she also didn't know how long,but I have payed for this is unacceptable and ********* I need the phone for work on Monday I work around secunda I have to buy another phone this is unacceptable and as a customer this is a very horrible services.my cell phone is ********** 769 the lady also refused to give me her area managers number.
