Shockingly bad communications

<p>Mat floors installed our laminate floors last year, and did a good job. Since then, we have an issue with the floors pushing up, which is not their fault. I contact them and spoke to Zeenat Langry. She requested I send her the quote that we originally got for the job, which I did, since the original rep no longer worked there. A few days later, she sent a generic form to complete, whch requested mostly information that was on the quote I had already sent, I completed it anyway and returned it. I had to follow up three times before eventually she sent someone over two weeks later to look at the floors after messing me around with promises about someone coming and not arriving, with no notice. The chaps that came were knowledgable and profesional and explained what needed to be done, and told me that a quote for the work would follow. A week later after begging them (two emails and two calls), I eventually got the quote out of Zeenat. However, the quote listed a call out fee, and they were charging for instalation. I queried this over two weeks ago, and they cannot explain why there is a call out fee and an instalation charge, makes no sense.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mat Floors obviously doesn't want the business, and Zeenat is terrible to work with. Empty promises, ignored calls and emails etc. Really hope they do someting about this, because their work is good, but their admin is shocking.</p>
