Hamburger was shocking could not finish the meal

My daughter and I went to the coffee shop on 01.05.15 and ordered a hamburger which was priced at +/- R78. Well it was totally unacceptable. First of all the burger arrived and there was no burger on the bun. The waitress took the burger back to the kitchen for them to put a beef burger on the bun. When it came back the so called beef burger was a square flat dried out piece of \meat"so called beef burger. Absolutely shocking. Not sure what type of burger was put on the bun. The bun was stale. They did not even warm the bun or perhaps toast it. The chips were stale and a brownish colour. Not crisp and fresh. Well I called the waiter and requested to see the manager/owner. Well he never arrived. I said to her that at the price of R78 I would expect a lovely enjoyable gourmet burger. Well no such thing. I could go to wimpy and pay R20 and at least I would enjoy what I pay for. I told her it was the worst burger I had ever eaten and was a sub standard quality. We bought burgers at Spur the week before and paid R35 for two!! They were absolutely delicious. But not these from the so called upmarket restaurant for R78!!!<br> """
