<p>App**** for a loan through Masthaven, was informed that i must pay an admin fee as ***** as it sounded i paid the fee cause i was desperate. Before paying the fee the consultant (Grace) would call even 10 times in less than an hour. Paid the fees; was emailed a contract which i had to sign and send back, did all that and i received an sms payment notification and i called enquiring about when the funds will be available in my account. Grace said i must check my email and get back to her, to my surprise i saw a payment notification and an insurance policy document which had an insurance fee that i was liable for. Asked about this insurance fee and Grace informed that this insurance fee is refundable on the last loan installment which was also stated in that document, this fee had a due date which was said that if not paid by that date the loan will reverse back to them and will incure cost of transfer which i will be liable for. Foolishy and desperately paid the fees and waited for the loan which Grace said immediately after paying them the transfer will be done and i will recieve the funds within the next 10-15 minutes. That was Friday and another Friday has since passed and i still have not received any loan. Grace was now ignoring my calls; decided to call their office number ********** 452 was answered by a Johnson who said he was the manager , told him everything and he apologised saying he will handle my application himself and i must foward my banking details to him by 11 that day i will receive my loan. At 11 received a call from Cynthia who said she was calling from Masthaven accounts department she needed me to confirm my banking details, i did and then she said there are transfer fees that i need to pay before they can actually do the transfer. Thats when i refused and asked them to cancel my application and refund me my money back Cynthia said i must speak with Johnson the manager who then informed me that if and when i cancel the application i will not be refunded of the money that i had paid.</p>
