Small businesses and their back service

<p>Begining of 2016 i had a gate motor installed with the company Mastertech security solutions by the guy name JUAN.it had 2 years warranty, within 6 months its gave problems , so i contacted him, with no hustle on the 25/07/16 he came to check it , he decided he was going to take it back to the manufacture based in centurion, the gate motor was a centurion make 5D. he promised in two weeks it should be back. today its been over 6 weeks it has not returned. his been saying his on his way to my house for the pass two week and he does not pitch. and now he has blocked my number i can not contact him and i went back to the shop , they no longer there. please help.his number is ********** 727/ ********** 057 Mastertech security solution in van der hoff road pretoria... such bad service is unacceptable and my safety in on the line because i now have to open the gate manually even at night.</p>
