Refund please!!

After completing my course 9 months ago I’m still waiting on my certificate. This has caused huge frustration as my company now refuses to reimburse me for the course as I can not produce a certificate. I’ve been following up for months! Please people be careful of them along with USB. I now demand a refund as I have to endure the cost due to their pathetic ways. Even after speaking to a consultant and leaving my details telling him no one will call me back, guess what I was right, no one called! Pathetic - and please don’t blame Covid , this was January and it doesn’t take much to print certificates! So now please refund me my money or we shall meet in court!
