Ghost workers at Masters office in pietermaritzburg

I want to know if anyone actually works at the masters office pietermaritzburg. I have been trying to get through to trace an estate number but all you get is ...the mailbox is full. Or please call a certain number and when you call that number all you get is that mail box is full. What the hell is going on in these government places if you don't want to work ... GET OUT let someone do the job that is capable. This is a pathetic service and you should be ashamed of yourselves
