Masters office

I have been trying to wind up my Mother-in-laws's estate for over 18 months and I can't get the Masters's office to do anything! Crazy!!!!! It makes no sense why it is so inefficient, the quicker you get the estate wound up the quicker you get the Estate duty! Come on please do your work!!!
